Rinse your bowl with cold water.
Add a very small amount of cold water.
Put 1 teaspoon of your matcha tea powder in your bowl.
Gently whisk the powder to break up any lumps.
Bring 30 cl of water to a boil and then let it cool to about 70°
Pour the water into the bowl. Quickly whisk the matcha up and down until it is frothy.
Serve in a teacup.
