- Detail the two cabbages. Chop the onion. Fry in a wok or deep pan for 10/15 minutes.- Add the pressed garlic, coconut milk, ghee and soy sauce. Let it simmer on very low heat.- Boil water and dip the rice noodles in it until soft.- Drain and pour into the wok.- Add finely chopped coriander.- Mix, season to taste.- Serve hot.
Cabbage in general, is great for excess Pitta! On the other hand, avoid for Vata excess ... Remove the garlic and you have a typical Pitta dish!
